Mostly Regulated is for the women holding together work, motherhood, relationships, appointments, emotional support, snack requests, and approximately 47 invisible tabs in their brain at all times.
This space is part nervous system support group, part chaos commentary, part “wait… other people do this too?”
No perfection.
No aesthetic 5am routines.
Just practical support, honest humor, and learning how to function without constant self-blame.
“Why is the milk in the pantry?” level content.
Real-life tools for brains that don’t thrive under pressure and rigidity.
Because surviving entirely through adrenaline is technically a system… but not a good one.
Most overwhelmed women are not failing because they’re lazy, bad at routines, or incapable of consistency.
Usually, they’re trying to function inside lives that require constant context-switching, emotional labor, invisible planning, and ongoing nervous system management.
Mostly Regulated exists to make that feel less personal.
Less shame.
Less pressure.
Less “why can’t I just…”
More support that works in real life.
Because survival mode is exhausting.
Support should flex with real life.
You can’t adjust what you haven’t noticed yet.
